Romneys is a bust restaurant/bar on the ouskirts of Kendal.

We are looking for a Sous Chef, with passion and commitment, to assist the Head Chef and deputise in his absence.

The hours of work are variable and the working week will be 50 hours.

Job Duties:

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
Ensure Food Safety Standards are strictly adhered to
Ensure the daily business needs are met from a kitchen management perspective
Run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
Candidates should:

Be professional and approachable at all times
Have excellent timekeeping and personal skills
