The Mermaid Tavern is looking for committed Chefs to join our friendly and ambitious team and provide a consistent and high-quality offering to our valued customers. The successful applicants will be expected to support their colleagues wherever they are needed in the business. SKILLS

5/6 day working week (dependant on business needs)
Monday to Sunday
Bank holidays with Time Off In Lieu as agreed
These roles are initially for a fixed-term role starting in March/April until October/November, with the option for a more permanent role next year. APPLICANT CRITERIA

- the right of abode in the UK
- valid settled or pre-settled status

This small paradise island is located in the English Channel where guests and visitors enjoy year-round hospitality.
