Job description: | A well known 4 Star, 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel situated in a beautiful location on the banks of the River Tay, 10 minutes north of Perth, is looking for a Pastry Chef to join their team. You will be part of a close-knit, supportive and friendly team. You must be a strong team player & display good communication skills. You must demonstrate good creativity and knowledge and be comfortable with menus which change with the seasons, The position is available now for the right candidate. Live-in accommodation is available. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Head and Sous Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation. Demonstrable experience of pastry at a high standard is essential, there's a strong team in place and you'll be joining a well established team that prides themselves on their high standards. |
