| Job description: | The Sun Inn is a 1 rosette 6 bedroom inn situated 7 miles from Edinburgh city centre, just outside of Dalkeith. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. We are a well-established business and we are looking for someone with a good attitude and willingness to learn. You will get very good training as we make everything from scratch. You will work in all corners of the kitchen and learn how to make bread, ice creams and sauces. There is a brand new induction kitchen in place with all new gadgets. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
