Job description: | Tulchan Lodge is situated in Grantown-on-Spey is situated 35 miles from Inverness. We are transforming into a very exclusive private members club and we are looking for two chef de parties to join our team. An excellent opportunity to progress in your career, working alongside our head chef who comes from a Michelin background. Cooking to a very high standard using good quality produce most of which currently comes from the Estate and planting more for next year, including own garden vegetables and herbs. Will suit someone who likes the outdoors, hill-walking and fishing as we are in a rural location. Own transport would be advantageous, as it is 8 miles to the nearest village. This position is available now for the right candidate and is a permanent all year round position. |
