Job description: | The Kingsknowes Hotel is a 12 bedroom 3 star hotel situated in Galashiels. This is a full time position to join a busy team of young enthusiastic chefs with a passion for good, affordable, seasonal food. The Hotel is busy year round with many large & small functions including weddings. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our family friendly and very stable team. Working in a very happy environment. We are just 32 miles from Edinburgh. Open to new ideas for specials and menus. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
