Salary:£18,000 per year negotiable according to experience plus tips. Will pay more for excellent candidates.
Duration:Permanent
Hours:Annualised hours approximately to 48 per week. Excess hours will be banked and taken as extra time off in January-March when the estate is closed.
Days:5 days per week a mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:50 bedrooms including the main castle and cottages
Covers:Lunch: up to 50; Dinner: again up to 50; Breakfast: 50; Functions: can have some functions for up to 100
Food type:Exclusive use very upmarket and also barbecue in the summer
Full-time chefs:15 chefs
Accommodation:either a room in the castle or a shared cottage on the grounds for up to a year at £50 per week.

Skibo Castle is a world famous resort.

One of the World's most upmarket and exclusive private clubs, situated in the north of Scotland, an hour or so north of Inverness by Dornoch.

We are looking for up to three chefs to join our very stable team.

Working in a very relaxed environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious chefs to further their careers.

Ideally, you will come from a quality background and have a stable CV and be able to provide relevant and recent work references.

Excellent time off in the winter. Shut from early January through until March.

A rural location with excellent golf, fishing, walking and will suit chefs who like the outdoors.
