Job description:

The Red Skye Restaurant is a newly opened venture situated in Breakish, 2 miles from Broadford.

We are a small, family run business with chefs from Michelin and rosette backgrounds. All the food is prepared fresh on the premises and we place a lot of importance on provenance and locality of products.

We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team for the season starting straight away to work until the end of September.

This is a good opportunity for a chef as you will receive good training and experience. Ideally you will have some rosette experience and good volume experience also.
