| Job description: | The Alyth Hotel in Perthshire are looking for a PERMANENT, salaried, full-time CDP to join our amazing team. Salary (£28k) based on 40 hrs per week, with additional hours paid hourly (£13.50). Beautiful live-in en-suite bedroom available if required. Excellent tips, staff meals on shift, and staff discount. Regular days off (Monday & Tuesday every week) You would be completing a small kitchen team (Head Chef + Commis Chef + KPs + YOU), preparing fresh food from scratch. You would be running a section of the kitchen, and the team moves around in order to give you a healthy involvement in each section, from larder to pass to pastry to desserts. There is plenty of opportunity for growth and development, with a supportive & experienced Head Chef. Alyth is a lovely market town in NE Perthshire, with great transport links to Blairgowrie, Dundee & Perth. It has the perfect balance of rural location with all the amenities you need. |
