Chef de Partie, Relief / Seasonal - 4 months work Shetland, Orkney and Shetland

I am looking for a relief Chef de Partie for a hotel in Shetland
Starting 1st June to end September
There is a brigade of 4 chefs + kitchen porter.
The hotel has 35 bedrooms, serving bar meals and table d’hote menu, for up to 40 breakfasts and up to 40 dinners. Lunches and small numbers
Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week pro rata over 5 days, mixed shifts.
Accommodation is your own bedroom in the stared staff house, 2 minutes from the hotel. TV and Wi-Fi available.
The gross hourly rate is £17 per hour, paid weekly net of tax and NI.
They will pay you travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint. Plus ferry ticket.
