Job description:

I am looking for a relief Chef de Partie for a hotel in Stornoway. arrive .31st oct to start work on 1st Nov for 1 month

You must have experience cooking in Indian Cuisine - you will be able to nmake Naan and use the tandoori oven

The hotel is a 20 bedroom hotel serving fresh bar / bistro for breakfasts to 30, lunches varies and dinners to 80. some functions

Brigade of 3 chefs plus kitchen porters.

Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week ove 5 days, mixture of shifts

The gross hourly rate is £19 per hour paid weekly net of tax and NI.

Accommodation will be a room in the hotel

They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing the agreed required work stint. Plus ferry for foot passanger only
