Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus 2 kitchen porters

Job description:

Chef de Partie needed for a popular restaurant.

Family owned and a great team already in place, looking to add strength during the quieter winter months for a smooth transition into the busier summer season.

This would suit someone looking for a solid training in proper cooking or someone looking to get back on the stoves with some of the freshest produce available in the country.
