Job description:

We currently are looking for a Chef de Parte to join our Team at Pettycur Bay Holiday Park.
Duties include the following
* Work the larder section on a daily basis.
* Preparing required dishes for daily running of the main kitchen
* Preping dishes for functions
* Replenish and restocking of food sections
Requirements
* Being able to work to current health and hygiene legislation standards.
* Working as part of the kitchen team
* 2 years experience required in a similar position is essential.
* Must have an elementary food hygiene certificate.
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
