Salary:£20,000-£25,000 negotiable depending on experience plus share of tips.

Hours:40 hours per week
Days:5 days out of 7 - mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Job description:

The Lovat Hotel is a family owned hotel serving traditional Scottish food cooked from fresh. Serving the local community and a high number of Europeans during the season.

The Applicant must have a passion for food be hardworking and a good team player. You will be expected to stand in for head chef on days off, be able to contribute to menu creation and all aspects of kitchen management.

Appropriate Qualifications and experience are required.

This position would suit a strong Chef de Partie looking to take the next step up in their career.

If the applicant is relocating family to this part of the country a separate house would be available at favourable terms.
