Job description: | The Macdonald Cardrona Hotel is a 4* 99 bedroom hotel situated 2.5 miles from Peebles just an hour from Edinburgh City Centre in the Scottish Borders. We are looking for a sous chef to join our team. As sous chef you will be taking over the day-to-day running of the kitchen during the head chef's time off. This is a great opportunity to work in a good quality establishment. Free access to leisure facilities and discounts on other Hotels in the group.
