Bibby Ship Management (Western Europe) Limited is delighted to present this opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our prestigious, small, purpose-built cruise ship touring the Western Isles of Scotland.

Over the years of touring some of the UK’s most breath-taking (Northern) scenery, vessel management and crew have carefully imparted a service of the highest standard - this is one of the unmistakable and stand-out qualities of the ship.

The vessel requires an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to compliment the Head Chef’s team. You will have a keen eye for detail in food preparation and service, a strong willingness to learn and be comfortable working with a busy but supportive team.

Experience of serving and operating in a fine-dining establishment, as a ‘Junior Sous’, is preferred -your ability to confidently and continuously apply this experience, is essential.

The position is offered on a rotation of 5-weeks on/2-weeks off, and whilst STCW 95 certification is preferred, if needed this training can be offered – should this be required you would need to be available for 4/5 days of training ASAP.

This position is available until approximately 30 Nov ’16 – possible reappointment for 2017 Season.
