Job description: | The Raeburn Hotel is a boutique 10 bedroom hotel situated in the heart of Stockbridge in Edinburgh, just a short walk from the city centre. We are looking for a junior sous chef to join our team. You will be working under experienced head and sous chef and covering for them on days off and supporting the other members of the kitchen team. We have been open for 18 months and we have already had some great reviews from press and customers. We have an up-to-date kitchen in place and we are looking to strengthen the team and push the business forward. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
