Job description: | I am looking for a relief a Relief Sous Chef Starting the 30th of April Near Loch Fyne for one month 1 AA Hotel serving restaurant and small bar menu. Breakfasts to 60, lunches to 20, dinners to 60. Functions to 150 Brigade of 3/4 chefs plus a kitchen porter Working a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days, mixture of shifts The gross hourly rate is £21 per hour, paid monthly with weekly advances, net of tax and NI Please take ID for payroll Accommodation is in staff accommodation |
