Job description:

We are seeking a talented junior sous chef to support the Head Chef at this new venture in Anstruther
Hourly rate of £14 plus tips paid weekly
You will have a good knowledge of health, safety & hygiene procedures. An eye for detail and experience of working with seafood and fresh local produce would be ideal.
You will be working a part of a close knit brigade, willingness to learn is essential.
