Job Purpose

This position will work closely with the Manager to ensure the following:

Key Responsibilities

Menu development, with regular reviews and seasonal specials
Co-ordinate kitchen staff during service periods
Prepare all food products for service
Prepare customer orders observing menu, special requests and allergens
Keep kitchen area clean and tidy
Observe food safety regulations and be aware of safety guidelines
Assist Manager with regular stock takes and orders

Other Duties
Any other reasonable duties as outlined by the Manager and Partners
Opening and closing the Coffee Shop
