Salary:The gross hourly rate is £21 per hour, paid weekly net of tax and NI.
Duration:Seasonal
Hours:minimum of 40 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7, mixed shifts.
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: to 40; Dinner: to 60
Food type:Good quality fresh pub grub using seafood.
Full-time chefs:2 chefs and kitchen porters.
Accommodation:En Suite room with TV & WIFI.
Job description:

I am looking for a relief Sous Chef for a busy Inn in Portree
16th December to 29th December - Closed Christmas Day
The inn serves good quality fresh pub grub using seafood.up to 150 covers over the day
Brigade of 2 chefs plus kitchen porters.
Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week pro rata over 5 days, mixed shifts
Accommodation is an en suite room with TV & WIFI.
The gross hourly rate is £21 per hour, paid weekly net of tax and NI.
You will be paid return travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint.
