Days:5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Dinner: 30; Breakfast: 30; Functions: 50
Food type:Simple seasonal menu Table d'hote 2 AA Rosette
Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Temporary accommodation available for up to 4 weeks - hotel room - no charge
Job description:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Chef to join this Stunning West Coast Hotel

Strong Chef de Partie / Sous Chef

You will have a minimum of 1-2 AA experience.

Using the best of local produce, you will have input into menus and deliver high quality food

You must have up to date hygiene certificates
