Job description:

Cressfield Country House is a charming country hotel with comfortable accommodation, a self - catering cottage and extensive function suite, set in over 2 acres of private secluded grounds in picturesque Dumfriesshire, South West Scotland.

We are situated just 20 minutes from Gretna Green.

We are looking to recruit a sous chef to provide support to our Head Chef and to work along side our head chef in a small family run hotel serving restaurant/bar meals cooked to order using local ingredients, small functions also.

Looking for you to be creative and have input in to menus
