Job description:

Mediterranean is a new restaurant opening in Aberdeen

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

You will work alonside and help run the kitchen.

Duties will include studying recipes, help setting up menus and preparing high quality dishes.

Chef should be familiar with sanitation regulation. At least 5 years’ experience, in providing high-end mediterranean cuisine.
