Job description:

Coul House Hotel is a privately owned and operated County House Hotel run by Stuart and Susannah Macpherson for the last 20 years with an excellent reputation for fine dining in a relaxed, yet traditional atmosphere.
Head Chef Garry is a great tutor and insists on making breads, desserts, ice creams and all stocks and sauces from scratch.
We are looking for a full-time sous to join our team.
This is a permanent, all year-round position, and accommodation is available. This is an opportunity to working in a very friendly environment with a stable team that takes great pride in what they do.
Situated just 20 miles to the north of Inverness and not far at all from Dingwall and Strathpeffer.
