Salary:£13 - £14 per hour paid weekly, shared tips for each service

Hours:40 - 50
Days:5 days from 7 straight shifts (with a short break of 1-1.5 hours in the afternoon)
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:2
Covers:Lunch: 100 - 200; Dinner: 100 - 200
Food type:Good wholesome pub - with daily specials
Full-time chefs:3 chef plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation available on site (twin room)
Job description:

The Streamboat Inn is a small family run pub/restaurant situated on te beach from in Carsethorn near Dumfries

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking sous chef who can work under and support the head chef.

This a great opportunity to work in a lovely location on the Solway Coast.

This would suit 2 chefs working together
