Job description:

The Falls of Lora is a family run and owned hotel situated at Connel, just outside of Oban.

Two hours to the north of Glasgow.

We are looking for a sous chef to work alongside and cover for our head chef on time off.

Our kitchen has a great team run within a family hotel. Hotel closes in December each year (before Christmas) for 6 weeks.

During this time is when annual leave will be given.

This is a lovely, semi-rural location with plenty to do on time off such as fishing, golfing and walking.

The position starts early July and is available for either a single chef, or possibly may suit a couple looking to work in a lovely part of Scotland.
