This new opening in the City Centre of Edinburgh is looking for a Head Chef to assist with the development of their new location. The owners are already successful in hospitality, however this is a new direction and they're looking for the right pair of hands to steer their ship.

The Head Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring smooth daily operations, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

They will manage stock control, support menu development with Scottish-inspired dishes, and train and mentor kitchen staff.

The Head Chef will work closely with front-of-house management to ensure a cohesive and efficient service.

A Sous Chef and additional team members will be welcomed to support the Head Chef as the team grows.

This family in a hamlet to the north of Glasgow are looking for someone to take on the cookery for their household. The primaries are a couple with busy schedules and 4 children under the age of 9. The role would be to create healthy and simple breakfasts, packed lunches and evening meals, along with preparing meals to be reheated on your day off.

The role is for roughly 5 hours per day 6 days a week, providing a Sunday lunch and 5 work day meals.

There will be occasional functions to cater for in the evenings which will give an opportunity to showcase your talents.

The role can be negotiated for the right candidate, with hours and working schedules flexible.
