Job description: | Cullen bay hotel are seeking a dynamic career focused head chef to take charge of a very busy kitchen. The ideal candidate should have at least one years experience in a similar role however we would consider a committed talented sous chef. Cullen has good amenities such as golfing and fishing and will suit a chef who likes the outdoors. The emphasis of the kitchen is to prepare fresh local produce to order and it can be very demanding at times.
