Job description: | Fishers Hotel is privately owned 120 bedroom 3 star hotel situated in the centre of Pitlochry just along from the train station. We are looking for an experienced head chef to lead the team. You will be a self-motivated team player. You will be in charge of the day to day running of this busy kitchen (ordering, stock control, rotas, staff training, menu planning and health, safety & hygiene). This is a permanent, all-year-round position. There is discounts on other hotels and a uniform is also available. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
