Job description: | The Moorings Hotel a privately owned 4 star hotel situated 2 hours to the north of Glasgow in the north west of Scotland in The Fort William area. Situated near the outdoor capital of the UK and in a lovely town with very good amenities such as schools, golfing and fishing yet within two hours of Glasgow. You will have a small team of chefs and be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen including cooking, HACCP, menu planning, ordering and all other aspects of the day to day running of a busy kitchen. We have restaurant food as well as busy function trade and also café/bistro. This position will suit a strong all rounder happy working with volume as well as quality food. Ideally you will have good team skills and be good at training. This position is available now for the right person. |
