Job description: | The Fenwick Hotel is a 3* 30 bedroom hotel situated 7 miles from Kilmarnock. We are just of the M77 and we have good transport links. We are looking for a hands on, experienced head chef to lead our team. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen including ordering, hygiene, stock-control and all the relevant paper work. You will need to have experience of high volume as we are a busy, fast-paced hotel and you will also need to be able to train up the junior members of the team. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
