Job description: | Crusoe Hotel is a 3 star 16 room hotel situated in the dramatic setting of Lower largo with a stunning view of the Forth and Largo harbour. Location just 2 miles from Leven and 6 miles from St Andrews. Perfect for golfing on your days off. We are looking for a head Chef to join our friendly team. You would have the opportunity to make a name for yourself by expressing yourself through the menus which change on a regular basis. Taking advantage of fine local ingredients. The position is available now for the right candidate. You will work closely with the owners and be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of a busy kitchen including: Cooking, Ordering, menu planning, all health and hygiene legislation and running a small team of chefs. |
