Job description:

I'm looking for a Head Chef for a stunning boutique hotel on the Isle of Harris. The position is permanent and available immediately for the right candidate. There's work available front of house for any partners.

Utilising the incredible produce available in the Islands , you'll be responsible for the planning, costing, provisioning and service of your own seasonally curated menus. There's a team of 4 full time Chefs and a part time assistant, as well as Kitchen porters at your disposal to execute your menus.

You must have experience at rosette level as the Hotel and restaurant have recently undergone renovation, and the standard expected for the 30-40 covers per service will be high.

You'll be located close to the port town of Tarbert, however to get the most out of the Island driving would be highly beneficial.
