Job description: | I'm looking for a Head Chef for this very popular pub by the coast in the north East of Scotland. The current Head Chef is leaving after four successful years of building a strong reputation for hearty high quality food, and so this rare position is currently open for applications. You must have demonstrable experience in a similar role, and be comfortable with managing a small team. The owners are sensible and keen to retain their team, and so business levels will never exceed the capacity of the kitchen, however during busier periods you must be comfortable with a busy pace of work. There's exceptional produce to use and no skimping on quality - the reputation is excellent and they're willing to renumerate the right candidate for their hard work. There's relocation assistance available, with very supportive owners and good value options nearby to rent. This is a beautiful part of the country but public transport links aren't great so driving would be advantageous. |
