Job description:

I am looking for an experienced head chef with recent 3AA rosette experience to start on 27th Jan for 6 weeks in a 5 red star hotel Stirlingshire

Fine dining - afternoon tea - 50 seater restaurant

There is a brigade of 12 chefs plus kitchen porters .

Live out - daily travel paid

Working hours will be a 10-12 per day 5 days per week

The gross hourly rate of pay is £23 per hour paid monthly

They will pay you daily return travelling expenses paid fortnightly .
