Accommodation: | We do offer lovely live-in accommodation and it is £153 per calendar month. It is more bridging accommodation we offer as we really want people to settle in the area and set up home. There is no set length of time that we offer accommodation it is down to the individual. |

With our formidable one hundred plus work force at the heart of everything prepared; you do not serve up the same grub day in, day out.... you can manage and develop enthusiastic chefs as they craft their skills and hone their talent. Training and developing; allowing and encouraging participation with ideas and suggestions of new menu ideas. With an incredible larder and a range of local suppliers at your disposal the staff chefs incorporate a wide variety of ingredients by using seasonal and innovative techniques. Our staff menus are engineered to make the best of the finest ingredients Scotland’s incredible larder has to offer. Always playing an ever-meaningful role in maintaining a seasonal and sustainable approach. Coordinating and overseeing all activities related to staff food preparation. Regularly check food items and stock to ensure consistency and freshness, addressing any food compliance issues. Keeping our team healthy and well fed with the nutrition and energy required to conduct their individual job roles. Playing your part in ensuring they provide our members and their guests with memorable experiences. Working throughout the day and overseeing the daily operations from our Kitchens at the Kenmore Hotel. From the first meal of the day, breakfast, through to the final course at supper; meals are distributed by the guest services team to the Castle and at various locations across the Taymouth and Glenlyon Estates.
