I am looking for a Head Chef for a 30 bedroom hotel 3 star family run hotel in Wick. 90 miles from Inverness Airport, (Discounted flights) Train station, Bus station.

Creative and focused Chef required. We are looking for an exceptional chef to join this team. The person they are looking for will be a self-motivated team player with skills to match and a high achiever.

You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen which includes - ordering, rotas, stock control, menu planning, training, health safety and hygiene.

A well-established 3 Star 1AA Rosette Hotel in the Royal Burgh of Wick in the Far North of Scotland.

You'll work busy shifts like everyone else, most likely whatever it takes to get the job done. They don't work you into the ground though!

You will share your enthusiasm for food with the front of house team and work with the kitchen team and owners to develop their long established and well-loved business, retaining the excellent reputation they have built up over many years. You'll enjoy the fast pace of the kitchen and will consistently produce top quality dishes under pressure. You'll want to use locally sourced ingredients and develop dishes that have the most delicious flavours and relish producing new dishes.

We are looking for a Head Chef for our small country hotel located just outside Perth.

All the usual duties are expected from the Head Chef. The hotel was recently taken over by the current owners, one of whom is a chef. He is very understanding of the kitchen’s needs and is highly supportive of the chefs.

The owners are investing heavily in the hotel, including the restaurant and bar this winter, and have already started upgrading the kitchen.

Our kitchen now features a 10-grid Rational oven, Thermomix, KitchenAid mixer, a range of new fridges and freezers, a blast chiller, a 6-burner stovetop, Lincat fryers, quality crockery, a double-tier heated pass, and all the standard equipment.

We offer a small, seasonally changing menu with specials, using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our focus is on quality without overcomplicating dishes—think good-quality gastro pub with all the classic Scottish favorites.

The Head Chef will work closely with the owners, have the opportunity to stay at the hotel, and will be supported in driving the business forward.
