| Job description: | Ythanview Hotel is a privately owned 4 bedroom hotel in Methlick, situated 9 Miles from Ellon and 25 miles from Aberdeen. We are looking for an experienced head chef to join our friendly and very stable team. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen - ordering, menu planning, stock control, health. safety and hygiene. Number 3 on Trip Advisor out of 28. The hotel has been run by Owner Jay Allan for 24 years, with the hotel having good local trade. This position has not be available for the past 7 years so very stable team in place We have a brilliant working atmosphere. This position is available now, but happy to wait for the right person |
