Job description: | Kincraig Caste Hotel is a highly acclaimed 4 star AA/STB VisitScotland Country House Hotel with 15 en suite guest rooms and an award-winning 1 Rosette Restaurant located 22 miles North of Inverness on the world famous North Coast 500 route. Our hotel is currently customer ranked at no. 12 out of 246 accommodation establishments in the Scottish Highlands on TripAdvisor. We introduced our 'Dine@Dome' private dining concept earlier this year, which is proving to be very popular for both our resident & non-resident guests. We'd like to appoint an experienced Head Chef who will work closely with the team/owners and be committed to take our food & beverage business to the next level. Assistance with relocation, private accommodation rental and schooling arrangements is available if the successful candidate is willing to relocate with their family |
