| Job description: | The Glenesk Hotel is a 30 bedroom 4 star hotel situated in Edzell in Angus just 30 miles from Dundee. Under new ownership We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team, you will be in control of the kitchen (menu planning, ordering, stock, rotas, health, safety and Hygiene) This is a fantastic opportunity to make a name for yourself. Very strong supportive owners with 25 years experience in hospitality. Lots to do on days off such as fishing, golfing and walking. The position is available now for the right candidate. |
