We currently have 83 relief chefs out working that we are charging for, there are many chefs still out working that we have stopped charging for

Andy Westwood has jumped jobs so finished at Caladh Inn, went to Ben Loyal Hotel and is now at The Cairngorm Hotel

John Robinson is at Skeabost Hotel, Isle of Skye

Shaun O’Rourke was at the Glencoe Inn and is now at Ness Walk - getting on great

We currently have 87 relief chefs out working which is 10 more than this time last year

We have 24 jobs confirmed for the week so far, another few in the pipeline just waiting for the hotels to get back to confirm.

The availability of chefs is tight as you would expect for the time of year.

Rates of pay for relief – Head Chef £22 p/h, Sous Chef £20 p/h and CDP £18 p/h PAYE or invoice direct (must be self employed registered) – all chefs must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Accommodation is provided to you at no charge, if accommodation is not available you will be paid daily return travelling expenses.

Working a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days or if single days minimum of 8 hours per day.
