Out and About 19th August

We currently have 70 relief chefs out that we are charging for, 18 jobs confirmed so far for the day hoping to get this over 20 again 😊

Ruth has been getting lots of CV’s in and sent out for the permanent jobs we have registered

Michelle Kelly is working at Banff Springs Hotel

Maciej Resinski is at the Loch Rannoch Hotel

We have a total of 66 relief chefs out that we are charging for all over Scotland, Wales and North England.

Its great having Ruth on board and pushing to get more placements

Anna has been busy this week working on Sage and doing invoices, chasing references and sending out a few CV’s

John Cowie is away back over to work in Shetland with Brudolff Hotels joining Juanvi

We still have a good amount of relief chefs our working (65) getting relief chefs confirmed this week has been a struggle managed to get 8 confirmed so far for the week, I am waiting on a couple this afternoon so hopefully get into double figures.

Jasper Philipson is finishing the season off down at The Mill Forge near Gretna

Mark Carswell also still at The Boat Inn in Aboyne

Ollie Rankin is having a couple of weeks off to spend with the kids hen heading back to The Cally Palace Hotel
