Lewis Francis is at Frasers at the Brackenhide, Isle of skye

Paul Patterson is at The Cabarfeidh Hotel, Stornoway

Ross Kinnes is down in Devon at The Rock Inn

Lillian Clarkson fined her stint at Oban Bay Hotel

Graeme Anderson is getting on well and has been extended at the Black Bull, Moffat

Craig Morris is at Powfoot Hotel near Annan

Peter Snelgar is at Our Place, Annan

Julian robinson still at the Redgarth Hotel, Aberdeenshire

Brian Ferguson’s time is coming to an end at Bunchrew House, Inverness

Out and About 13th October

So this season seen a few new relief chefs and of course our good faithful chefs who have been on our system for a number of years

Ruairidh Mcquade joined us in May and was out at The Ben Nevis Hotel, Fort William then on to the Ceilidh Place Ullapool, Delnashaugh at Ballindalloch, Blacksmiths Centre in Gretna currently at The Knipoch Hotel and is booked now to Christmas Eve.

Juanvi Salelles he joined last year and spend most of his time in Shetland at the Shetland / Lerwick Hotel, then at the beginning of this season was at The Balmoral Arms Ballater, Glencoe Inn 3 times, Airds Hotel and is currently in Kirkcudbright at The Selkirk Arms.

Andy Westwood known to Chefs In Scotland a number of years now he started his season off at Cardrona Hotel in Peebles, Caladh Inn in Stornoway, Bootleggers and Bothy Bistro in Burghead, Ben Loyal Hotel in Tongue, back to the Grant Arms in Grantown on Spey to help cover holidays, currently at the Cabarfeidh Hotel in Stornoway and again he is booked for the best part of December too

Scott Bolton has worked with us for many years. He is a great chef and this year he did a 4 week stint at Loch Fyne where he ended up staying for about 3 months, another good long stint at Bootleggers & Bothy Bistro on the East coast. Scott got on great at Bridge Hotel, Buttermere – where again he stayed longer than the original 4 weeks and now he’s working hard at The Angus Hotel.

Jason McKay came on board this year with his first relief placement at Cardrona, Peebles. His second placement was a short stint at Hunday Manor, West Cumbria and his third placement was at Mackays Hotel in Wick as Head Chef where he accepted the position on a permanent basis.

Jamie Marshall was new to us this year - starting off at Loch Fyne where he stayed for longer than originally booked and was asked back for a second stint. Next over to the Salutation in Perth where he got on really well and now at Skeabost Hotel, Isle of Skye.

We get so many talented chefs out on relief jobs, we thank you all for your hard work and support :)
