Scott Middlemass has a short break at Grant Arms and is back for another 6 weeks

Callum Macmichael and Bill Brankin are at Ednam House in Kelso

Fraser Dingwall is back at Howies in Edinburgh

Gill Mctominay still working away at Glengarry Castle

New relief chef Fraser Leighton is working away at Sumburgh Hotel, Shetland

Ian Godfrey is at The Bothy Bistro in Burghead

Martin Lanes time has came to an end at Ardlui Hotel he will be heading home and will be heading further north for his next stint

James Finlayson is back at The Old Manor Hotel for a few weeks

Jamie Smith is getting on well at The Royal Dornoch Golf Club

Richard Robinson has been extended by a further 6 weeks at The Shetland Hotel

Raymond Orr is back with Martha at Ardvasar Hotel an d Colin Thomsons time will be coming to an end

Scott Bolton has started as sous chef at The Grant Arms

Rajah Lantong has been extended for 8 weeks at Cally Palace

Sarah and Steve still woring away in Northumberland at Tankerville Hotel

Thomas Barney is finishing up at Loch Melfort and feed back on new relief chef Ally Beattie is FAB!!

Marcin Ciszewski his time is coming to an end at Ednam House where he has spent around 2.5 / 3 months

Nastasia Costinea he joined relief 2 years ago and has been placed at The Marcliffe Hotel, Three Lemons, Balcomie Links, Cringletie House, Creagan Inn, Winnock Hotel, Balmoral Arms 3 times, Roman Camp and is due to start her next assignment on Tuesday next week. Nastasia get on well wherever she goes and is happy to undertake any job, thanks for the hard work

Chris Parker has completed his stint and is staying on longer at Armathwaite

Stuart Maccoll he has been on our books for a lot of years now, this last year has seen Stuart at The Balmoral Arms, Beaufort Hotel, Westford Inn 3 times, Glencoe Hotel, Caledonian Hotel, Mishnish, a private dinner, Grant Arms, Bothy/Bootleggers, Pebbles Spa, Mossview Care home and is currently at the Boat Inn and managed to help Nairn Golf Club for 1 day. Thanks Stuart

Brian Smith is working hard at Airds.

Prakash Srinivasan is at The Shetland Hotel – his second stint on Shetland for us.

Patrick Johnstone has been registered with us doing relief work since 2017 the past year he has been to Anchor Hotel in Johnshaven, Stobo Castle, Rowardennan Hotel, Angus Hotel, Redhouse Hotel, Oban Bay, Kingsmills Hotel and is due to start back at The Rowardennan Hotel on Monday, Thanks Patrick
