The first out and about of 2020.
We currently have 31 relief chefs still out working which is just slightly down on this time last year which was 33.
We are expecting a busy week next week when we will be open from 8.30am-5pm all week as normal and Jade is in the office tomorrow from 10am – 12.30pm.
Here are a few chefs we have out working on relief now:
Jason Paxton is at The Ardlui Hotel then heading over to The Old Manor Hotel in Lundin Links.
Blair Mackay is at the Thainstone House in Inverurie working with Gordon Smillie the head chef.
James Avery is at Stonefield Castle in Loch Fyne.
John Cameron is going back to the 3 Lemons in Aberfeldy.
James Pratt is at The Isles Inn in Portree in Skye.
Tim Morris is at The Pinetrees Hotel in Pitlochry
Stephen McCulloch is at Scotland’s Hotel, also in Pitlochry.

Jessica and Jade have been getting quite a few interviews confirmed this week, more than previous years.
This week has been an overall busy week 😊
We are off out tonight for our staff meal which is at the Famous Star Hotel just down the road from our office.
Jessica has family over from Spain so will be off next week, Jade and myself will pick up any senior recruitment.
