We have excellent availability of relief chefs, we are happy to register new relief chef but the priority of work will go to the chefs who are better known to us and have done the most jobs. We are nearly finished with another month (which I just can’t quiet believe)
I will be setting targets for September for myself, pushing to get more CV’s out and interviews arrange and hopefully permanent placements.
