We still have a lot of relief jobs needing filled.

Ally Brown the chef who is very flexible and always happy to go anywhere we ask him to 😊 since lockdown he has been at Kames Hotel in Tighnabruich, currently down in Dumfries at The Easterbrook Hall and is booked out to the end of the season back at Kames.

Bobby Ainsworth was working local through lockdown, he is currently up at The Royal Golf Hotel Dornoch where he will be for a while yet, even managed to have a wee visit to Alan MacPherson.

Craig Eggers is out on his first job after lockdown and has been extended for another few weeks, The Old Colfin Creamery in Portpatrick. Craig fits in well with his relief positions and always gets asked to stay longer.

Michael Njoroge another great chef, he was kept quite busy through lockdown. He is at The Playfair’s Restaurant in St Andrews and before this he went up to Royal Golf Hotel Dornoch to help out for a 4 week period.

Kai Stutzkeits came back from Germany and was quarantined for 14 days managed to get all his jobs done around the house before heading to St Andrews to take on the Sous Chef role which later became Head Chef and has agreed to work to the end of the Season.

All our chefs are amazing and I thank you for all your hard work and support. x
