Taylor McFarlane is stepping in to lend a hand at The Alexandra Hotel in Fort William before heading back to Kinloch Lodge in Skye
Gillet Libabu is at The Kenmore Hotel in Perthshire
Stuart Agnew was helping out again for a couple days at The Balcary Bay Hotel
Shaun Murray travelled to Sheltland to work at the Brae Hotel
Tony Orr has been confirmed for the next few weeks to work at The Livingstone Care Home
John Ferguson is at The Cairngorm hotel

For relief work the work at the moment is quiet as expected for the time of year, we are happy to register new chefs but priority always does go to chefs who are well known to us and who have worked and completed the most jobs.

Unfortunately, there have been a few fall downs on relief over the past 10 days – this is very frustrating but fortunately we have managed to fill these gaps – Thanks Guys 😊

Ally Brown and George McCallum still in Tighnabruich at The Kames Hotel
Gillet Libabu has taken some leave at Balcary Bay Hotel to go back home to Kenya to spend time with his family
Lee Robertson has found his feet and has been getting on really well at Fernhill and is now working at the Cally Palace in Dumfriesshire
Ricky Leyland is still at the Sure Hotel in Lockerbie where he had the pleasure of working with Stuart MacColl and would very much like to cross paths with him again next year
Shun Murray is seeing out the rest of the year (and maybe longer) at The Airds hotel
Lorne Brown another chef who stayed put and this was at The Cally Palace where he spent near 5/6 months
Colin Thomson headed north to Scourie Hotel, then to The Glengarry Castle, Mackays Hotel in Wick over to Kylesku Hotel and is now South of the Border at The Bridge Hotel in Buttermere
Mark Shaw also spent his summer at Altskeith Country House with the odd day helping at Monachyle Mhor when he had some days off – he is currently at Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries, a care home then south for Christmas and New Year and has his January sorted in Stornoway
