Well nearly another month done – where does the time go?
We have 65 relief chefs out just now, many are still working and we have stopped billing for.
12 relief jobs confirmed for the week so far, I’m hoping for another couple today.

Julian Robinson is at Buchan Braes again on his doorstep
Jarek Jandura is just finishing at Creagan Inn having a week off before heading back
John Ferguson is extending at Kingmills Hotel for another 4 weeks
Ali Wilson is still at The Western Hotel in Ayr
Szymon Spokinski is now at Cairngorm Hotel in Aviemore
Lee McKechnie got on great at Marcliffe and is away to start a full time job in Pitlochry (all the best Lee)
